Our industrial insulation division provides thermal and acoustic insulation services for energy conservation, heat loss prevention purposes, product temperature maintenance, operator protection, condensation prevention, frost protection and noise reduction,

to a wide ranging customer base including, engineering construction, refrigeration, water, brewing, food processing and paper manufacturing organisations. 

we employ time served and skilled thermal insulation engineers, working on site, at customer manufacturing facilities, and at our own facility in skelmersdale.

Industrial Thermal Insulation Services:

• Insulation of high temperature systems inc, exhaust gas ducting & steam pipe work systems, plant & equipment.
• Insulation for personnel/operator protection, frost protection and heat retention.  
• Insulation of cold and chilled water systems
• Insulation of low temperature ammonia refrigeration systems
• Supply and fitting of purpose manufactured removable insulation jackets, for valves and flanges etc
•  Aluminium, Aluzinc, Stainless Steel Sheet Metal Cladding
• Product Temperature Maintenance
• Energy/heat loss surveys and cost payback reports
• Design and installation of electrical surface trace heating systems for frost protection and product temperature maintenance (through strategic partner).
